Hotel Policies

A minimum two night stay on weekends:  Friday/Saturday

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. If you will be arriving late, please call the hotel prior to your arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 am.


The Inn at Crested Butte requires a 3 day cancellation notice during our peak summer season of June 1 - August 31st for ANY cancellation. If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of your first stay date, you will be responsible for the value of your FULL reservation. Excpetions will be considered due to medical, family, or weather circumstances. If we are able to re-book the cancelled room, we will be in touch with you, and you will not be charged for the nights we have rebooked. Please call with questions at 970.349.2111.

If finalizing a reservation outside of 45 days prior to arrival, a 15% deposit will be collected upon confirmation. Once we are 45 days away from the arrival date, we will automatically collect the remaining balance on the itinerary. If finalizing a reservation within 45 days of arrival, payment will be collected in full at the that time. All payment are entirely non-refundable once payment has been collected, unless the reason for cancellation is covered by Travel Protection, which the guest decided to include as part of their confirmed itinerary.

Dogs are allowed only in pet-friendly rooms.(we only have two (2) such rooms..  If you are bringing your pet, please call us, 970.349.2111, to assure you we have a pet-friendly room available for your dates. These rooms book quickly!   Owners are expected to complete the Inn's Dog Guest Sign In Sheet and pay a pet fee of $30 per pet per day.

Colorado is a smoke-free state. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Inn. Smoking is allowed in our designated area.  .  Violation of this policy is subject to a $500.00 cleaning fee.
